F arnoush was born and raised in Iran and migrated to the United States alone at the age of 17 to pursue the American dream. Her innate desire to understand and help others prompted her to study and receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Psychology from the prestigious University of California, Irvine. She was then guided by her strong will to fight for justice in choosing to continue her education in the field of law. Farnoush earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School where she also received a concentration certificate in business law. She also completed various studies of International law at University of Toulouse, France.

Today, Farnoush is a litigation attorney focusing on the representation of individuals in a wide variety of cases, including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability. In representing her clients, Farnoush provides a unique advantage for clients in need of personal injury representation as she is a former insurance defense lawyer with experience in personal injury litigation.
